You are receiving the following service for floral freeze dry preservation.

Freeze Drying (sublimation) of flowers - Flowers are normally disassembled for drying purposes, unless prior agreement is made to freeze dry your bouquet intact. Bouquets would be returned disassembled unless you opt to have our company install your flowers into a frame or keepsake enclosure (unless prior agreement was made to have your bouquet freeze dried intact).  Stems, and plastic bouquet handles are normally discarded.  Framing and enclosures are available at an additional cost from freeze drying flowers.

These are our terms for service:

Damages- I will not hold MVFD responsible for damages to my flowers prior to MVFD receiving them. I will not hold MVFD responsible for loss of my flowers in an occurrence such as fire, storm, loss of electricity, flood, mechanical failure or any circumstances beyond MVFD control.

Time Frames- Framing selections are to be made within 30 days and completed items must be picked up within 30 days of completion. Storage fees of $1.00 per day will apply.. In accordance with NH State law MVFD will not be held responsible for items left beyond 60 days.

Telephone Contact with MVFD - Phone calls concerning your order are to be made during our regular business hours and not left on our telephone answering service.

Privacy- MVFD reserves the right to use photographs of completed items for the purpose of display, exhibition, contests, web site display, and any other similar marketing purposes. MVFD is committed to your privacy. We will not rent, sell or distribute your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information. Your information will be used solely for the purpose of conducting business with you

Longevity - I understand that MVFD does not guarantee color or longevity of dried flowers, frames or keepsakes. I understand that color changes to dried flowers are expected to occur. I understand that complete preservation of freeze-dried flowers includes an enclosure to help protect them from exposure, dust, insects, and impact damage. I understand to keep my floral keepsake away from light, humidity and varying changes in temperature.

Payments or Deposits - All payments or deposits are  non-refundable. Any balance due must be paid in full within 30 days of order completion. A $25.00 fee will apply for any returned checks. Storage fees are $1.00 per day per item.

Refund Policy- As all work is custom made, all sales are final.

Changes to keepsakes - Any requested changes must be made in writing. I understand that changes in design to completed keepsakes may not be possible without damage to flowers or memorabilia. Any changes during or after keepsake design will be charged by hourly rate and any required materials.

Permission- I give MVFD my permission to preserve the flowers delivered to them on this date using their best judgment for preservation. I also give permission for MVFD to create all floral keepsakes concerning this order using their best judgment. Any specific preferences for flower design or memorabilia design are to be in writing and submitted to MVFD on this date. In the case that framing or keepsake selection and design is made at a future date concerning this order, the following shall apply: Any preferences are to be in writing and submitted to MVFD on the date of framing or enclosure selection.
