A non refundable deposit in the amount of $250.00 is due when we receive your flowers for freeze-drying. Using a Visa or MasterCard you can make payment by telephone prior to shipping your fresh flowers or you may insert a check (checks are payable to Mountain View Freeze Dry) with your fresh flower shipment.  Please make sure that we know about your order before shipping your fresh flowers. We cannot be held responsible for unexpected flower shipments to our location. Framing selection and full payment for framing is due within 30 days of sending your flowers. By placing your order with MVFD you are agreeing to our policies. Please include your completed and signed order form with your flowers for drying.

Please mark each numbered item below to indicate that you have read and understand our preservation requirements and policies. Mountain View Freeze Dry is (MVFD).

__ 1. Freeze Drying - Bouquets are normally disassembled for freeze drying purposes, plastic bouquet handles are discarded. Freeze dried flowers are preserved by framing them and are not returned unless you choose framing from MVFD. All freeze dried flower orders must include framing from our company.
__ 2. Framing selections are to be made on this date or within 30 days of placing your freeze-drying order with us. Orders 60 days overdue framing selection are considered abandoned.
__ 3  All payments or deposits - to MVFD are non-refundable once you have placed your order for floral preservation, framing or both.
__ 4. Returned Checks - A $45.00 fee will apply for any returned checks.
__ 5. Return/Refund Policy- As all work is custom made, all sales are final.
__ 6. Balances Due - Any balance due must be paid in full within 30 days.
__ 7. Time Frames: (7a) - Fulfillment Dates – Completion dates are estimates only. MVFD reserves the right to extend completion dates without notice. (7b) - Item Pick Up – Completed items must be picked up within 30 days of notification. In accordance with NH State law MVFD will not be held responsible for orders or items left beyond 60 days of completion. Storage fees may apply to your order if items are overdue being picked up.
__ 8. Telephone Communications - Details concerning your order are to be discussed person to person on the telephone with an MVFD representative and not left on our answering system. You must agree to keep in contact with our company by calling our telephone during regular business hours and speaking directly with us to discuss your order or to answer any questions you may have or to notify us of your contact information change.
 __9. Email -  Email is used by our company only where appropriate and expedient such as for sending spelling of your names for a personalized name tag. The use of email or texting to "discuss an order" is not appropriate for our custom design gallery.
__ 10. Flower Loss - I will not hold MVFD responsible for loss of my flowers in an occurrence such as fire, storm, loss of electricity, flood, mechanical failure or any circumstances beyond MVFD control, nor will I hold MVFD responsible for damages to my flowers prior to MVFD receiving them for preservation. Your Flowers are to be kept fresh prior to delivery to MVFD on the sole advice of your florist or fresh flower supplier.
__ 11. Return Shipping- Shipping is an additional charge. See current packaging and shipping fees on our return shipping page. If flowers should come loose inside of your frame during shipment you must notify MVFD within 24 hours upon receiving your frame. MVFD will cover the cost of repairing loose flowers by a professional picture framer of up to 1 hour labor cost. MVFD cannot be held responsible if shipped items or frames are damaged by the shipping carrier. Damage claims are to be made directly with the shipping carrier and not with MVFD.
__ 12. Privacy- MVFD is committed to your privacy. We will not rent, sell or distribute your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information. Your information will be used solely for the purpose of conducting business with you.
__ 13. Images - MVFD reserves the right to use photographs of completed items for the purpose of web site display, and any other similar marketing purposes.
__ 14. Longevity - I understand that MVFD does not guarantee color or longevity of frames, glass, photographs, artwork, memorabilia or dried flowers or any other items. I understand that color changes to all materials including dried flowers are expected to naturally occur. I understand to keep my framed flowers away from direct sunlight, humidity and varying changes in temperature.
__ 15. Changes to Freeze-Drying Preservation and Framing Orders – Changes cannot be made after placing your order.
__ 16. Permission - I give MVFD my permission to preserve the flowers delivered to them on this date using their best judgment for preservation.
__ 17. Quality - Although MVFD carefully handcrafts each floral keepsake all finished products are subject to imperfections and variations.  Loose particles or petals may appear in the final product as a quality of dried flowers and dried botanical materials.
__ 18. Botanical Replacements - on occasion MVFD may substitute dried flowers, greens or fillers requiring replacement. MVFD reserves the right to charge fees for botanical replacement.
__ 19. Legal Grievances - Under the Laws that govern the State of New Hampshire; any disputes or legal actions brought against MVFD would be settled in Hillsborough County, in the State of New Hampshire.
__ 20. Third Party Orders - If you are preserving flowers on the behalf of another (daughter, relative or friend) you take responsibility of placing this order for flower preservation. Name of third party __________________________________________________________
